Quest System Walkthrough

Story quests guide you across islands and introduce mechanics like boats, raids, and mutations. Accept all story quests on SeaBreeze before returning to Starter Island — many objectives require actions on specific islands. Story chains unlock routes to Cape Town, Deep Reef, and eventually Storm Harbor.

Daily quests reset every twenty-four hours with Cash and buff rewards. Weekly quests offer larger payouts aligned with update cycles and often require cumulative catches or exploration objectives. Stack quest completion with Sea Monster Raids for maximum EXP per session when 2x EXP codes are active.

Check all three quest tracker tabs — story, daily, and weekly — every time you log in. Accept every available daily before starting your fishing session.

The quest tracker sits on the right side of your HUD with tabs for story, daily, and weekly objectives. Click an active quest to see requirements, progress counters, and reward previews. Completed quests show a claim button — collect rewards immediately before accepting new quests that might share the same reward pool.

Some quests require specific rod tiers or island access. If a quest asks for Epic catches, ensure you own Scorpio Rod and are fishing at Cape Town before attempting it.

Starter Island: tutorial quest givers near the dock and merchant. SeaBreeze: main story NPCs in the village center and near the arrival dock. Cape Town: quest givers near the harbor and exploration zone entrances. Storm Harbor and Abyss Gate: late-game quest NPCs unlocked through story chain progression.

Quest rewards include Cash, EXP, buff items, and island unlock progress. Prioritize story quests for permanent unlocks over repeatable dailies when both are available. During 2x EXP codes from active codes, complete as many quests as possible before the buff expires.

Weekly quests with cumulative catch requirements pair well with Cosmic Blessing — rare catches count toward quest progress while generating sell value.

Plan quest completion around active events. Daily catch quests during Midnight Mutation benefit from mutation bonus value. Raid participation quests during Leviathan Madness complete faster when raids trigger more frequently. EXP quests during any 2x EXP code window double your leveling speed.
